A selection of outdoor venues includes the Royal Palm Courtyard, offering a secluded garden experience for your special ceremony. The Cypress Courtyard provides rich greenery and a lakeside setting to exchange your vows. North Point is an environmentally-protected private beach on its very own island. Your guests can enjoy a scenic boat ride to your ceremony before you wed on the white sands located between the Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
Both the Belvedere Terrace and the Banyan Courtyard are ideal locations for a delightful cocktail hour, where guests can enjoy an array of water features as they mingle and enjoy champagne. The Estero Ballroom offers a classic aesthetic for your main reception event. Capable of comfortably accommodating up to 300 guests, your party can also enjoy the adjoining terrace for a seamless indoor/outdoor event flow.
For a grand wedding celebration, the Calusa Ballroom can set up to 900 guests for your reception event. This event ballroom offers 14,000 square feet of space which can be divided to suit your needs and event style. For smaller gatherings, The Cove at Tarpon Bay offers a Key West aesthetic for intimate events of up to 40 guests. Stylish get-ready rooms are also located within the property for your convenience.
