Blossom & Brie was created by Stacey and Rodney Poole, both of whom grew up with farming in their families.
Rodney grew up on a farmstead seven miles from the nearest small town and started working with farmers when he was 12. He majored in Agriculture in college and looks forward to building on his agrarian heritage and expertise with Blossom & Brie.
Stacey’s grandparents and several of her aunts and uncles were farmers, and she grew up with fond and vivid memories of and respect for the endless hard work of a farming family. She has a special place in her heart for these hardworking people, charming animals, country roads and community spirit, and she wants to share and celebrate that with her guests at Blossom & Brie.
